How to turn a photo of your pet into a virtual pet
Your dog, cat or hamster can move into YourPet as a small animated pet. All it takes is one photo or a few sentences of description.
Step 1: a photo or a description
In the wizard you upload a photo of your pet or describe it in words: colour, breed and features, up to 500 characters. The photo goes through an automatic check - we accept real animals, no people or cartoon characters.
Which photo works best
- One animal in the frame, ideally the whole body or at least from head to paws.
- Good daylight and a sharp face.
- The animal looks into the camera - your pet will look straight at you too.
- No filters or text on the photo.
Step 2: a name and a version
You give your pet a name and choose a version: a pet for 20 Paws or a revived pet for 35 Paws, which gets four animations - eating, walking, playing and sleeping. One Paw is 1 zł, and an adult always confirms the purchase.
Step 3: care and play
Your new pet has three stats: health, energy and happiness. Feeding, walks, play and sleep keep them up, and the mini-games in the panel and in the Play World earn coins for food, treats and toys. Coins can only be earned by playing.
