What are the island legends?
Legends are the biggest creatures in Your World. Each one lives by its themed island and has its own behaviour - one rises out of the water, another circles the shore, and another guards a tower on top of a mountain.
Six legends - who is who?
The dragon
It lives on Fire mountain, by its tower. Every now and then it roars, breathes fire and sets off on a flight over the volcano.
The kraken
A giant octopus from pirate waters. It rises from the sea, waves its tentacles and sinks back, only to appear again a moment later.
The megalodon
A prehistoric shark that circles the island and now and then leaps spectacularly out of the water.
The whale
A calm giant that swims past the island and blows a fountain of water.
The Loch Ness monster
It swims near River village and lifts its long neck above the water - who will spot it first?
The T-rex
The king of the dinosaurs, living on the Volcano. Huge, but with a friendly face, like all our legends.
Are the legends scary?
No. We designed them to be big and impressive, but with friendly faces - in the same animated-film style as the pets in YourPet. We dropped versions that came out too fierce, and ones that were too cute.
Dinosaurs, sheep and other animals on land
Sheep and dinosaurs roam the islands - grazing, looking around and wandering about. There are chickens and bees too, sparrows and pigeons in the villages, and pterodactyls flying overhead. Touch a sheep or a dinosaur and it reacts, and your pet can scare the chickens.
Life at sea
The water is home to schools of colourful fish, hammerhead sharks and turtles, with a reef by the shore. On a boat trip dolphins swim alongside, and schools of fish scatter as the boat comes near.

Frequently asked questions
Are there dinosaur games in YourPet?
In Your World dinosaurs walk around the islands, pterodactyls fly overhead, and a T-rex is the legend of the Volcano. Your World is still in testing.
Is the dragon dangerous?
No. It roars and breathes fire, but it has a friendly face - the legends are meant to impress, not frighten.
Where do the legends live?
Each by its themed island: the dragon on Fire mountain, the T-rex on the Volcano, the Loch Ness monster near River village, and the kraken, the megalodon and the whale in the waters around.
